Accessing your stats

When hosting with KO we provide you with a place that you can monitor the traffic that is visiting your site. In this article we will help you get there. Once we get you there you will see a lot of information! Don't get over whelmed, give us a call and we will be happy to explain it to you.

• Start by logging into your 'Client Admin Area' (If you need assistance with this please refer to "Access Client Admin".)
• Once you are logged into the Client Admin area click on the "Domains" link in the top left area for the screen.
  
• In the domains section you will want to click on the domain that you would like to check the stats for.
  

At this screen you will see only things that pertain to the domain you selected. On this page there are multiple sections: Mail, Files, Statistics, etc. The one that we are interested in right now is the third one, Statistics. You should see an option called "Web Statistics", click on it.

This will open up a new window and a prompt asking you for your Stats username and password. Once you input the information all the information about the traffic that is coming to your site will be displayed. These are your "stats".
